After spending most of our day touring the hills of Tuscany, we decided that we would head west and tour of the coast of Tuscany. Dubbed the Etruscan Riviera, it was much different that the cliff-side town’s of the Italian Riviera. We were met with long pebbly beaches, waves lapping the shore and miles of privacy dotted with ancient ruins.
While it wasn’t warm enough to dip our toes in the water, we spent a few hours collecting beautifully colored rocks, toasting to the freedom we felt and daydreaming about what life would be like if we never had to go back to work. |
