| Our two night stay in Beaune gave us one full day to bike and taste some of France's best wines. And while it was HOT the day of our planned ride, we had plenty of opportunities to cool off in the many wine caves. |

| Located in the Burgundy region of France, Beaune is a stop for any wine lover who dreams of touring the vineyards by bike. Fletch had been looking forward to this stop on our driving adventure before we even began it. |
| We also made sure to take plenty of "rest breaks" to enjoy the inspiring views, gorge on France's other specialties (bread and cheese), and even do a bit of yoga. Yes, we know we are weird. |
